Individual therapy for women

I provide individual therapy for adult women navigating anxiety, emotional overload, relationship stress, and life transitions.

Sessions are focused, conversational, and practical—designed to help you better understand what’s happening and respond to it in a way that actually works in your day-to-day life.

What to expect

Sessions are 50–60 minutes and are tailored to what you need most in the moment.

Some clients come weekly, while others prefer biweekly sessions depending on their schedule and goals.

I offer both in-person sessions in Northbrook, Illinois and telehealth sessions for clients in Illinois and Florida.

Fees

My fee for individual therapy is $195 per session.

I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans.

A limited number of appointments are reserved for clients using insurance.
I also offer private pay options.

I offer a free 15-minute consultation to help you get a sense of whether this feels like a good fit.
