A place to slow down
In our work together, we focus on both reflection and real-life change.
We look at what’s driving the patterns that keep showing up—how you think, how you respond, and why certain things feel harder than they should.
And then we work on how to shift those patterns in ways that actually hold up in your day-to-day life.
Many of the women I work with already have insight.
They understand the pressure they’re under and can often see the patterns—but still feel stuck in them.
On the outside, things look like they’re working—but internally, it can feel more complicated.
In our work together, we focus on:
• getting clear on what’s actually happening
• understanding the patterns that keep repeating
• making sense of your reactions (instead of second-guessing them)
• responding differently in a way that actually works in your life
I’m active in sessions and engaged with you in the process.
This isn’t just a place to talk—it’s a place to figure things out and begin to feel more steady, not just here, but outside of it.
My approach
I lean on approaches like CBT, but I don’t work from just one method. I combine different approaches depending on what’s actually helpful for you.
This isn’t one-size-fits-all.
It’s a collaborative process that adjusts based on what you need, what you’re working through, and what actually helps things feel different.
